Two cooking surfaces in one! This double-burner griddle turns ordinary
rangetops into an indoor grill. It combines a ribbed grilling surface
on one side with a standard, smooth griddle on the other. Crafted of
the finest heavy hand cast aluminum for superior heat conductivity.
Finished with a hard-coat anodized surface for nonreactive cooking and
durability. The Double Burner Reversible Griddle works equally well
on either gas or electric stove tops.
