Looking for a simple and easy was to crack pecans and other soft shelled nuts? The inertia pecan cracker uses a very simple system to crack pecans without destroying the meat. The pecan is placed in the nut holder and then the piston is pulled back and let go, the rubber band connected to the piston does all the work. Cracks all soft shell nuts and leaves nut meat whole.
