This slicer converts any cut of meat (Wild game or Domestic) into perfect jerky strips in a few seconds. With just the turn of a handle, a series of thirty stainless steel blades cuts up to fifteen, 1/4" thick slices ideal for drying in the oven, dehydrator or smoker. The powerful handle makes easy work of even the toughest meat. It's constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel that's easy to clean and won't rust or corrode.
