Yes I found a recipe for Dilly Beans in this cookbook. The ingredients listed is Green Beans, Salt, Vinegar, Water, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic and Dill. You use a water bath caner to process the beans. I hope this is the same one that your grandmother uses.
